SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING:

Please Allow 7-14 Business Days On All Pre-Orders. If Your Order Is Ready To Ship It Will Be Sent Out Within 2-5 Business Days. 

Processing Time Is The Time It Takes For Us To Prepare Your Order. Keep In Mind Processing Time Fluctuates Based On Season.

Shipping Time Is The Time It Takes For Your Order To Be Delivered To You Once It Had Been Shipped. Shipping Speed Varies Based On Shipping Selected At Checkout.  

Orders Are Shipped Via USPS/UPS/Fed Ex/ DHL. Once Your Order Is Shipped, You Will Receive Tracking Details Via Email. Please Allow 24-48Hrs For Tracking To Update.

If your order is returned to us you will be subject to a reship fee.


DELIVERY 

Customers are responsible for tracking their package once we ship it. If your order has not been delivered within two weeks after placing the order, please inform us promptly. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for undelivered packages after two weeks from the order date. It is your responsibility to track the order and notify us immediately of any issues.
